Nelie Shah has been a strategic communications and research consultant for over 10 years. She provides guidance with regard to idea/product conception, product development and testing, product usability and user interface studies, product packaging, advertising creation and evaluation, brand and reputation assessment, website functionality and interaction design, customer satisfaction assessment, internal and external corporate communications, competitive intelligence, growth and management strategy, corporate image and reputation, strategic crisis management as well as studies designed to boost and enhance brand equity.
Nelie employs an array of public opinion research tools to inform and enhance communications campaigns. She has developed research instruments and reports for corporations across multiple industry sectors with an eye towards crafting analyses that are actionable for her clients.
Nelie is experienced in recruiting and interviewing various audiences (please refer to Services page). She conducts qualitative and quantitative research utilizing field survey research, in depth interviews and focus group moderation (including dyads, triads and on-line groups).
